For many years, our nation’s schools have been reputed to be failing our children. This dismal fact continues to cause our nation to lag behind in many industries.
Fortunately, Excelsior Preparatory School(EPS) continues to pursue and maintain high quality education. Our students’ nationalized test reports show that they are performing two-three levels above their respective grades and outperforming 98-99% of the students in the nation. Most of all, our students participate in character development programs that help build work ethics proven to be a great asset to America’s labor force.
EPS educates students in grades Pre-school through grade eight. Our school is one of only four (1 out of only 4) of three hundred and ninety-nine ( 399) schools that earned a perfect score after being assessed by the early learning coalition of Broward County which oversees Florida’s Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program(VPK),
At EPS education is a journey, in which each step is a climb. Your financial help is needed to furnish our students with the actual stepping stones that pave the way to great academic heights.
The stepping stones will provide academic scholarships for students whose parents cannot afford tuition and help expand our program to reach out to more students and families.
Recently, students who progressed through our entire educational program were awarded scholarships to matriculate to the nation’s top high schools, such as Pine Crest that feed our nation’s top rated universities. We are now an official feeder for these secondary schools. This only supports our belief that the educational journey is a continuous climb. Thus, your investments in our students will yield high, future dividends.
We ask you to join us in our Stepping Stones Capital Campaign Fundraiser by lending your committed financial support. All sponsors who commit to a minimum $240 pledge which can be paid in one sum or at a rate of $20.00 monthly will be recognized in our school’s quarterly gazette. You may also receive updates on how your contribution is impacting our students and our school. The cause to educate is great, as is the costs. Thus, we encourage you to give above and beyond the minimum amount stated. Donations of one thousand dollars and above will be recognized on our stepping stones wall located in our school’s front lobby. All donations are tax-deductible.
